Aims and Objectives of the Trust

The aim and objectives of the Trust shall be:-

  • To be a non – party, non- profit and non- sectarian Public Charitable Trust for carrying out educational , health and environmental activities for the youth and women irrespective of caste , creed or religion.

  • To support young generation, Women through training in personal growth, education, career guidance, remedial/ supplementary education and learning skills and to take up socio- economic support initiatives.

  • To act as a centre of learning research and dissemination of ideas for the enhancement of development and human welfare by maintaining library and documentation centre, by taking up publications and by arranging learning forums and colloquiums of interested individuals and organizations

  • To organize, establish and run institutions for furtherance of research, academic or non- academic courses and /or training

  • To promote tolerance and socio- cultural integration based on a world view of mutual respect, regard to nature, peace and harmony, through research, documentation, seminars/symposia and workshop.

  • To facilities art and creative communication for the furtherance of truth , beauty, well being and development.

  • To provide proper support in life and to guide in right direction.

  • To Print, publish or disseminate useful knowledge among people of India by using modern methods, apps and Technologies.

  • To do all for the welfare of the poor-The trust aims to carry on its charitable activities to bring hope, light and laughter in the lives of poor people. The trust aims to undertake various activities in this field like giving monetary help, providing food, free stationary, clothing, building houses etc.

  • To do all for the welfare of Sick – The trust aims to carry on numerous activities to provide relief to the sick. From giving monetary help, free health checkups, counseling and guidance, the trust also aims to bring physical and spiritual healing in the lives of sick and their families.

  • To do all for the development of education- The trust understands the importance of education in the built of nation. Education brings hope and future to the lives of many people. It helps them to earn a livelihood. The trust aims to help in this field by providing scholarships, sponsorships, providing free textbooks to students and formal and informal education.

  • To do all for the promotion of Yoga - The concepts of positive health and lifelong learning are relatively new and need to be strengthened. Yoga promotes physical and mental health. It disciplines the mind and improves the power of concentration. Yoga which itself is a meticulous discipline requires good infrastructure facilities. The trust aims to provide the same and to conduct yoga classes for the people.

  • To do all for promotion of natural resources. Kerala, the state where the trust is situated in is gifted with abundant beauty of natural resources such as rivers, forests and wild life. The trust aims to undertake various activities for the development and preservation of this natural beauty.

  • To do all for the preservation of environment, monuments or places of artistic or historic interest.

  • To do all such other lawful acts and deeds as are essential or conducive to the attainment of objects of the trust.

  • The beneficiaries of the Trust are persons residing in India without considering caste , creed religion, sex, colour, language profession or topography.

 

Attainment of the Objectives

For attaining objectives specified, the Trust has the following rights:-

  1. To receive funds from the Union and the State governments and other agencies either by itself or through consortium mode with other lawful, like-minded organizations.

  2. To raise funds and accept donations, grants, gift, subscriptions of cash and securities and any property, movable and immovable.

  3. To invest the funds from time to time for the furtherance of the financial base of the Trust.

  4. To take loans and/or advances whenever necessary.

  5. To purchase, hire, acquire, accept as gift or on lease, property, movable or immovable, for the Trust.

  6. To sell, mortgage, exchange, donate, lease or dispose or deal with any property, movable or immovable of the Trust.

  7. To construct, maintain, alter, improve or develop any buildings or works necessary or convenient for the purposes of the Trust.

  8. To act as agents, treasurers or implementing body of any other Charitable Organization or Agency within India whose aims and objectives include any of the objectives of the Trust.

  9. To appoint staff and create positions for the activity of the Trust as per its rules and regulations; and give salary/honorarium, professional fee for the services rendered to the Trust.
